Order Processing & Cancellations
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Quality Assurance
• If a product does not pass our internal quality check prior to dispatch, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified.
• In the rare case of a defective or damaged item, please report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
• Approved claims will be accommodated through store credit (gift cards) only.
Size Information
• We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before confirming your purchase.
• Exchanges for size are subject to availability.
• Incorrect size selection does not qualify for a refund or exchange. If the requested size is unavailable, the order will remain as originally placed.
